SPHARETECH Return and Refund Policy

At SPHARETECH, we are committed to delivering premium mobile accessories and high-performance tech gadgets. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent claims and malicious activities. Our return, refund, and exchange protocols are designed to be transparent, legally compliant, and secure for all legitimate consumers across Pakistan.

1. 7-Day Standard Return Window

We enforce a strict 7-day return policy on all eligible tech products. Consumers have exactly 7 calendar days from the official date of delivery to formally request a return or report a product discrepancy. Requests initiated after the expiration of this 7-day period are legally void and will be systematically rejected.

2. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

To protect the integrity of our inventory, all returned merchandise must strictly satisfy the following operational conditions to be considered for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened, unused, and pristine condition.

  • All original factory tags, protective films, internal structural packaging, serial number labels, cables, and instruction manuals must be completely intact and unaltered.

  • A valid original invoice, order number, or definitive proof of purchase must accompany the return request.

3. Two-Way Video Verification Protocol (Transit Damage & Discrepancies)

To safeguard transactions against courier mishandling, rider theft, and consumer fraud, SPHARETECH operates a mandatory Two-Way Video Verification Protocol:

  • Our Packing Evidence: Prior to dispatch from our Peshawar headquarters, our technical team records high-definition video evidence of your specific product being tested for functionality and securely sealed into its tamper-evident courier flyer.

  • Your Unboxing Requirement: Upon receiving the sealed parcel from the logistics agent, you must record a single, continuous, unedited video of yourself opening the courier flyer and the product box. The video must clearly show the courier shipping label and tracking number.

  • Discrepancy Claims: If a product is received physically damaged, defective out of the box, or incorrect, you must submit the unedited unboxing video to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Strict Enforcement: Claims for missing items, external damage, or incorrect products will be summarily rejected without a valid, unedited unboxing video. Edited, cut, or rearranged footage is legally invalid.

4. Fraudulent Claims and Strict Legal Action

SPHARETECH actively audits all returned items. Any attempt to defraud our brand will result in severe legal consequences.

  • Prohibited Activities: Submitting fraudulent claims, altering unboxing videos, returning counterfeit goods, swapping original items with stones, debris, or older/damaged hardware, or bribing courier personnel to facilitate parcel tampering constitutes criminal fraud and theft.

  • Legal Enforcement: If our technical team detects any fraudulent activity or intentional product swapping (verified by cross-referencing our warehouse packing footage), SPHARETECH will immediately void all consumer rights, forfeit any refund requests, and black-list the customer profile permanently.

  • Prosecution: We reserve the express right to forward the perpetrator's details—including full name, verified phone numbers, geolocation data, IP address, and video evidence—to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing and local law enforcement agencies to initiate criminal prosecution under the Electronic Crimes Act and the Pakistan Penal Code.

5. Public Defamation and Blackmail Policy

SPHARETECH operates with 100% transparency and tracking. If a return or refund claim is rejected due to a failed video verification or proven fraud, any subsequent attempt by the individual to blackmail our brand, threaten our support team, or publish falsified, defamatory reviews/posts on public social media platforms or community groups will be dealt with legally.

We reserve the express right to publicly release our uninterrupted warehouse testing and packing video evidence to clear our brand name. Furthermore, SPHARETECH will immediately hand over the case to our corporate legal team to file a formal civil defamation lawsuit for financial and reputational damages under the Defamation Ordinance of Pakistan.

If our team makes a verified error—such as dispatching the wrong accessory or sending a defective unit (as strictly validated by your unboxing video)—we take full responsibility.

For our legitimate and trusted customers, we will go above and beyond to make it right. In such cases, we may issue an immediate full refund or dispatch a brand-new replacement without even requiring you to go through the hassle of returning the incorrect item back to us. Furthermore, to apologize for the inconvenience, we will gladly include complimentary tech gifts or exclusive discount coupons completely free of cost. We are fiercely strict with fraud to protect our business ecosystem, but we are deeply kind, respectful, and generous to the genuine tech enthusiasts who support the SPHARETECH community.

7. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

The following conditions immediately void return eligibility and cancel all product coverage:

  • Products exhibiting signs of physical misuse, drop damage, or liquid exposure incurred after delivery.

  • Hardware with burnt Integrated Circuits (ICs), blown components, or internal damage resulting from electrical fluctuations, improper voltage adapters, or unauthorized third-party charging equipment.

  • Any product whose external casing or internal components have been opened, tampered with, or modified by unauthorized personnel.

  • Promotional freebies, gift cards, and items explicitly marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

8. Operational Return Procedure

If your return request satisfies the preliminary eligibility criteria, you must execute the following corporate protocol:

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our legal and support desk via email at store.spharetech@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +923321690609 with your Order ID, formal reason for return, and the required video/photographic evidence.

  2. Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the designated shipping coordinates for our Peshawar headquarters. Unsolicited parcels sent without an official RMA will be legally rejected at our warehouse gates.

  3. Logistics: The merchandise must be securely packed. We strongly mandate utilizing a premium, trackable courier network (e.g., TCS, Leopards, or Trax). SPHARETECH assumes zero liability for return shipments lost, delayed, or damaged during inbound transit.

9. Allocation of Shipping Costs

  • Consumer Responsibility: If a return is initiated due to a change of mind, spatial incompatibility, or an incorrect specification choice by the buyer, the consumer bears exclusive responsibility for all return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping fees are completely non-refundable.

  • Brand Responsibility: SPHARETECH will absorb all associated logistics costs only if the return is a direct consequence of a proven fulfillment error (e.g., wrong item or verified dead-on-arrival unit, authenticated by the consumer's unboxing video).

10. Disbursement of Approved Refunds

Upon arrival at our Peshawar fulfillment center, the returned item will undergo a technical inspection within 48 business hours.

  • Notification: You will receive formal notification via email or WhatsApp confirming the approval or rejection of your refund based on the physical and functional state of the product.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Remittance: Because cash cannot be disbursed back through courier personnel, approved refunds for COD transactions will be transferred electronically via Direct Bank Wire, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 business days. Customers must provide verified bank account credentials matching the order profile.

  • Advance Online Payments: Refunds for pre-paid orders will be credited back to the original source account within the same standard processing timeframe.

11. Product Exchanges

We do not facilitate direct item-for-item exchanges via courier riders. To exchange a product, you must successfully execute a formal return for the original item in accordance with this policy, receive your refund clearance, and subsequently place a new, separate purchase order through our online storefront.
