1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed, tested, and dispatched from our Peshawar headquarters within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a notification via Email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Two-Way Video Verification

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. To protect both our customers and our brand from courier mishandling or fraud, we enforce a strict Two-Way Video Verification policy:

  • No Open Parcel Allowed: Courier riders are strictly prohibited from allowing parcels to be opened before full cash payment is made. You must pay the rider and accept the sealed parcel.

  • Our Packing Proof: Before dispatch, the SPHARETECH tech team records a clear video of your specific product being tested and securely sealed into its courier flyer.

  • Your Unboxing Video: Upon receiving the parcel, you must record a continuous, unedited video of yourself opening the flyer and the product box.

  • The Guarantee: If your unboxing video shows any missing items, damage, or courier tampering, send it to our WhatsApp support team. We will cross-check it with our packing footage and immediately issue a replacement. Claims cannot be processed without an unedited unboxing video.

6. Order Confirmation & Advance Delivery Policy

At SPHARETECH, our priority is getting your order into your hands quickly. To dedicate our resources to serious customers and prevent delays caused by fake orders, we have a simple confirmation process:

  • Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to verify your order details.

  • For certain cases (unverified addresses, high-value orders, or first-time customers), we will request a small advance payment for the delivery charges via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.

  • This is NOT an extra fee. It confirms your order and moves it to our high-priority dispatch queue. The advance amount is 100% deducted from your final COD total. (Example: If your order is Rs. 4,000 and you pay a Rs. 200 advance, you will only pay the courier Rs. 3,800 at delivery).

7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or Email containing your tracking ID and a link to the courier's tracking portal.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable, our courier partner will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If all attempts fail, the order is returned to us. New shipping charges may apply to have it re-shipped.
